Heavy. The ravager cannot be prone.   Trampling Charge. If the ravager moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the elephant can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.

Actions

Roar. The Ravager roars, any creature Medium or smaller within 5 ft. of the ravager must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 3 (1d4+1) bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone on a failed save, and no effect on a successful one.   Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage.   Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 22 (3d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Reactions

Swat. On a creature hitting it, the ravager can hit the creature with its head, causing 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

If you take a cow, make it angry, and strap a crossbow-happy Pillager to its back, what do you get? You get a very confused cow. But if you were a development team looking to make a new threat for Minecraft – one that looks a bit like a cow with serious anger issues – you would get The Ravager.
