With a melee spell attack against the target, a successful attack deals necrotic damage equal to 1d8 + modifier and a creature within 10 feet of the target (of necromancer'schoosing - if any) regains hit points equal to half of the damage dealt, rounded down.
At higher levels: A necromancer increases damage by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 1st Available for: Nagai Magick
