Materials: a piece of fur and a rod of amber, crystal, or glass
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You call forth a tempestuous storm cloud at a point you can see within range. This storm manifests as a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder of roiling clouds, crackling with lightning and thunder, centered on a point you choose. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d10 lightning damage and can't take reactions until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and can take reactions as normal.   As part of your action on each of your turns after casting this spell, you can maintain your concentration on this tempest, moving the storm up to 20 feet in any direction. A creature that fails its saving throw by 5 or more is stunned until the end of its next turn or until it takes damage.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
