This quill can be enchanted to prevent someone from writing specific word or short phrase. Often sought after by thieves to prevent their names to be written in papers. Instead of the name or phrase, the owner of the quill can choose to replace it with another phrase. If nothing is chosen, the name or phrase will just come out as scribbles or random iconography.
