Strengthened Limbs

The muscles in your arms and legs are exceptionally robust, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• If you have a size of Small or Tiny, you can wield Heavy weapons without having disadvantage on the attack roll.
• If a feature or trait requires you to not wear any armor, you can still benefit from it while wearing light armor. Similarly, medium armor counts as light armor for you, and heavy armor counts as medium armor for you.
