You let loose a whirling torrent of blinding sand from your outstretched hand. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 4d6 piercing damage and is blinded for 1 minute, or until it uses an action to clear the sand from its eyes. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
