Innate Spellcasting. The bralani's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 spell attack bonus). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

  • At will: Blur, Charm Person, Gust of Wind, Mirror Image, Tongues, Wind Wall
  • 2/Day: Lightning Bolt, Cure Wounds


Alertness. The bralani has a +3 bonus to initiative, and it can't be surprised while it is conscious. Other creatures don't gain advantage on attack rolls against the bralani as a result of being unseen by it.

Actions

Holy Scimitar (+1) (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, 5' reach, one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Holy Longbow (+1) (Humanoid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 150'/600', one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Whirlwind Blast (Zephyr Form Only). The bralani can attack with a scouring blast of wind in a 20' line. Each creature within that area make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Slam (Zephyr Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, 5' reach, one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Zephyr Form. A bralani can assume the form of a whirlwind. While in this form, it is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form. It can revert back to humanoid form at will as a free action, if it is made unconscious, or it dies.
