Halflings have a love for drugs of any kind. Throughout their years of life they work up a resilience to many different types of drugs and poisons. As such, You have advantage on Saving Throws against Poison, and you have Resistance against Poison Damage.

Find Tribe

Halflings have a deep connection to those within their tribe. They instinctively know the position of their tribe, and upon a successful DC 15 perception check, can find the specific location of anyone within their tribe and know what general situation they are in. If used during combat, this ability counts as a bonus action. This ability can only be used once per long rest.
