Lumineer
The Lumineer are a ancient race; one of the first to appear after the Age of Chaos. Long enemies of the Lizardfolk (WIP), the Lumineer are a versatile race, its culture both artistic and militaristic in mind. Though, they are most known for their artistic contributions to Vel'Rein. Lumineer take on the skin that maps the stars, charting the constellation under which they were born. As such, they are often called Starchildren by the other folk of the world. They are ruled by the Eternal Queen Lysandra Stargiver.
When you pick this race, you may be considered half-Lumineer if desired.

Lumineer are a long-lived race, the common life-expectancy being well into a thousand years old.

Darkvision. Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. Simple and Martial Proficiency. You are now proficient with weapons considered Simple and/or Martial. Ancestral Recall. You have a mind that can track time, direction, and detail with uncanny precision. You gain the following benefits. You always know which way is north. You always know the number of hours left before the next sunrise or sunset. You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard within the past month. Cosmic Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.

Lumineer are typically born with skin colour as dark as the sky they were born under, their skin is identically a direct match to the constellations they watch over. Their hair reflect the nebulae of the astral planes, and their eyes shine softly in the night with what appears to be galactic in nature in dim light settings.
At night, a half-Lumineer is most easily distinguished; for their cosmic nature shines brightest in the sacred veil of the moonlight.
