Fox Spirit

Fox Spirits are a common form of mytharian spirit born from the deaths of particularly enchanting seductresses, and sometimes from the union of fox spirits and mortals. They're known to sleep around to gather spirit energy and maintain their physical forms. These spirits are highly charismatic, and unlike most other spirits usually do not simply fade due to age and evaporating soul energy, simply gaining more and more as they age without plateuing.   When a fox spirit springs into being, it has but one tail, but within their wider culture it is encouraged that one cultivate 9 so they can transcend up to The Bright World.

race features:
Darkvision:
You have the keen eyes of a spirit and a fox, allowing you to see well in the dark. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Glamour
The forms of spirits are malleable in their appearance. As a spirit, you possess a glamour. As a fox spirit your glamour and appearance are even further malleable compared to that of other spirits, allowing you to shift your appearance at will rather than having a single set appearance. You can don or doff your glamour as an action, determining its appearance as per the disguise self spell. However, when you use this glamour the effect is physical. Any scars or tattoos on your body also appear on any glamoured form you take.   Lupine Communion:
As a fox spirit, you have a unique tie to foxes and the natural world. You can speak and understand all fox, and fox adjacent creatures (at the DM's discretion) as if by the speak with animals spell. Additionally, foxes are usually predisposed to being friendly with you due to your heritage.   Spiritual Form
You are a spirit, your body and soul are one. You have advantage on any saving throws that would displace your soul and are immune to the effects of the magic jar spell. If your soul were fully removed from your body you would lose your innate ability to do magic and become mortal with animaleipis.
