Living in the Future. This creature is subject to the following 3 conditions at all times while concious:
1. This creature can see into the future at all times. This creature cannot be surprised; additionally, this creature is made aware of any event of information that happens in its vicinity. Example: This creature knows their boss will be meeting with a high profile detective in a few hours to discuss his murder spree, thus decides to "prepare the room" for the meeting, and watchs the future conversation.
2. This creature can only take damage if the event that causes the damage occurs at least 6 seconds future.
3. This creature can choose to see the present 3/day, which deactivates Condition 1 for 6 seconds.

Actions

Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft., all creatures within a 1 height 15ft cone infront of the creature. Hit: 2d6+6 slashing damage.   Stab. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5ft., one creature. Hit: 6d6+4 piercing damage, damage done by stab treats creature with armour are treated as if they had no armor.   Garotte Wire. As an action, this creature can place a tripwire along the path it walks, and makes a DC 12 slight of hand roll; on a failure the party can see that he produces the wire from his jacket pocket. Regardless if the party sees this creature produce the tripwire, a placed tripwire is invisible until touched by a player, and only disappears if it is destroyed by an attack. If a creature walks onto a tile effected by the garotte wire, it must succeed a DC 17 DEX save, or suffer 3d4 slashing damage, be knocked prone, and gains the Debilitated condition until a long rest. On a success, the creature suffers 1d4 slashing damage. After a invisible wire has been activated by a creature, the wire loses its invisibility for all creatures friendly to the trigger creature and the creature itself; additionally, the DC of the DEX save for the activation clause decreases to DC 8.   Debilitate. A creature affected by this condition has its speed set to 25ft.   Remote IED. Before combat, a Remote IED is placed on a vertical surface. As an action, the IED can be activated. All creatures within a 20ft. radius of the IED must make a DC 17 DEX saving throw, or be pushed back and suffer 5d6 force damage, or half as much damage as piercing damage. Additionally, as a byproduct of the explosion, the wall it is placed on becomes a 10x10ft projectile, which falls in the direction opposite the side the explosive is placed. Any creature hit by this projectile must make a DC 15 STR saving throw, or be knocked prone and restrained until it can succeed a the previous saving throw.
