Dwarven Fortitude (Rework)

Dwarf

You have the blood of dwarf heroes flowing through your veins. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you take damage from a melee or ranged attack, you may use your reaction to spend one of your hit dice to reduce the damage you take. Roll the hit dice you chose to spend. The damage you took is reduced by the number you rolled on your hit dice plus your constitution modifier (minimum of 1).
