When you do so, you gain proficiency in one tool, skill, or instrument that they are also proficient with. This lasts until you finish a long rest, or until you link with another's mind.

Once you use this feature in this way you can't do so again untill you complete a short or long rest.
  Mender

In addition, you can use an action to twist time to undo damage to creatures and objects. One creature or medium object you can see regains hit points equal to 1d6+ your proficiency bonus. The restoration increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th, and 5d6 at 16th level.

You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus before you need to complete a long rest. The same object can't benefit from this feature more than once.

Telepathy

You can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for them to understand these messages, but they must be able to understand at least one language.

Vilsarans are a new collective of people that exploded in populace prior to the Dragon Dominion. Initially their presence went unnoticed, as they all resemble humans with red hair and a jewel affixed prominently to their brow.

Many of their number rose to positions of prominence during the Third Dragon war. Their ability to recall information and disseminate information was crucial in maintaining communication among the allied forces. Their de-centralized network of minds allowed information to persists even beyond the death of those prominent members. Allied leaders would find a newly arrived Vilsaran, already caught up to speed on their forces, when a Vilsaran advisor died or was killed.

Vilsaran Names

Vilsarans use their Role as a family name putting it first as a matter of efficiency, and take on one of their Vilsaran progenitors given name. All Vilsarans append a number denoting their generation, indicating how far from the 'Prime' they are. Some Vilsarans translate this number into a local language to better blend in. Among their own kind, and other telepaths, each Vilsaran has a unique 'impression' they can send over the telepathic link that serves as their name. It is what they refer to each other when among their own, and would forgo names entirely if they could.
