Soul of the Sea. Your connection to the murky depths of Merranvar translates to the mortal realms. You can breathe both air and water, and you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
Legacy of Merranvar. You can call upon the Grasping Tides and churning waters of Almaeus's realm to aid you. You know the Shape Water cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Arms of Merranvar (Arms of Hadar) spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Hold Person spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
