Book and flute of the pied piper

Wondrous Item Actions: Concept the summon: with a writing utensil and a piece of the living thing you wish to summon, draw a picture of whatever you wish to summon in the empty space between the runes on the top of the page. Smaller beasts (wolf, falcon, bear) take one turn, while large creatures (giant, troll, wyvern, giant shark) take approximately 10 turns.   Summon: using the flute, play a simple melody that the page denotes and your concept will come to life. Your summon does your bidding until the end of combat or it is slain. If something is summoned outside of combat, your summon will hold its form for about an hour. A page is henceforth unusable after it has already been used once. Very Rare [Evocation, conjuration]

Desc: the bread and butter of one of the most notorious bardic necromancers that once brought horror and sadness upon the land. The once fledgling bard found this book many years ago and used it to entertain the masses. But after one show the pied piper had led a group of children out of a forgotten town and bound them to his book, hoping that they would serve her for an eternity. Eventually, the Piper grew to like murdering and enslaving people and travelled from village to village in the hopes that she would find more victims. Nobody knows what happened to the pied piper, and to this day the only thing that is left of her was this oak flute and the brown decrepit book with the picture of a bard on the front of it.
