Medical Mastery. The surgeon has advantage on Medicine checks and can stabilize a creature with a touch, without the need for a Medicine check.

Cybernetic Enhancements. The surgeon's reflexes and cognition are enhanced due to cybernetic modifications, granting him an extra reaction each round.

Actions

Scalpel Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Cybernetic Disruption Device (Recharge 5-6). The surgeon activates a device that emits a burst of disruptive energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area with cybernetic augmentations must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) lightning damage and be paralyzed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Medical Drone Deployment (1/Day). The surgeon releases a small flying drone equipped with medical tools and drugs. The drone has an AC of 13, 10 hit points, a flying speed of 30 ft., and can take the following actions:

Heal: The drone administers medical aid to an ally, restoring 10 hit points. Inject Tranquilizer: Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 20 ft., one creature. Hit: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the target is also unconscious.

Reactions

Surgical Precision (1/round). When an enemy misses the surgeon with a melee attack, he can immediately make a Scalpel Strike against that enemy.

The Cybernetic Surgeon, while appearing to be a simple medical professional, is a deadly addition to the Carasinite family's arsenal. They are not only skilled in installing and repairing cybernetics but have also been trained to incapacitate or eliminate threats when necessary. Their own cybernetic enhancements allow them greater agility and speed in both surgery and combat.
