Blood Frenzy

The Bearsharktopus has advantage on bite attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

Legendary Resistance (2/Day)

If the Bearsharktopus fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Limited Amphibiousness

The Bearsharktopus can breathe air and water, but it needs to be submerged at least once every 8 hours to avoid suffocating.

Actions

Multiattack

The Bearsharktopus makes one bite attack and one tentacle attacks, each of which it can replace with a use of Fling.

Bite

Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit 20 (2d12+7) piercing damage.

Tentacle

Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit 29 (4d10+7) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled. Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained. The Bearsharktopus can grapple one target with each tentacle it possesses.

Fling

One Medium or smaller object held or creature grappled by the Bearsharktopus is thrown up to 40 feet in a random direction and knocked prone. If a thrown target strikes a solid surface, the target takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.

Reactions

Bear Rush

When the Bearsharktopus takes damage, it can move up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Legendary Actions

The Bearsharktopus can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Bearsharktopus regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Snap (Costs 1 Action)

The Bearsharktopus makes one Bite attack.

Tidal Surge (Costs 2 Action)

The Bearsharktopus summons a powerful tidal wave using magic leftover from its creation. The tidal wave can be up to 40 feet long, up to 10 feet wide, and up to 10 feet tall. Each creature in the line must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

A strange amalgamation in every sense of the word, the Bearsharktopus features the body of a brown bear with long octopus tentacles in place of arms alongside the head and fin of a great white shark.
