Charming their way in to every corner of sociaty. A testament to their seductive nature and alluring gaze.

age: Purebloods mature at the same rate as humans and have lifespans similar in length to theirs.
alignment: Purebloods are devoid of emotion and see others as tools to manipulate. They care little for law or chaos and are typically neutral evil.
Size: Medium
speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common, Abyssal, and Draconic.
race features:
Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.   Magic Resistance: You have advantage on saving throws against spells.   Poison Resilience: You have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the poisoned condition on yourself. You also have resistance to poison damage.   Serpentine Spellcasting: You know the Poison Spray cantrip. You can cast Animal Friendship an unlimited number of times with this trait, but you can target only snakes with it.  
  • Starting at 3rd level, you can also cast Suggestion with this trait. Once you cast it, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast it using any spell slots you have of 2nd level or higher.
  • Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait.

The Yuan-Ti possess a natural aptitude for harnessing and manipulating magical energies, making them formidable sorcerers and cunning politicians.   They dedicate themselves to the pursuit of knowledge, particularly in the realms of ancient magic and forbidden lore. Their connection to the arcane and the serpent god Sylthara grants them an edge in battle, they can tap into the unpredictable magic forces of the desert, or seduce dangerous foes to avoid battle altogether.   Overall the Yuan-Ti's serpentine features and affinity for magic make them a captivating presence. Their secretive nature and seductive words make them excel as master agents or cunning rogues. Lurking in the shadows as a wildcard, keeping their party out of harm's way, waiting for the right opportunity to strike.
