March of the Damned. When a Nagaztaboros kills a creature that is not undead, the killed creature re-animates as a Shadow, taking the same form they had in life, and are controlled by the Nagaztaboros. When a successful attack that targets the Nagaztaboros is made, a shadow under the control of the Nagaztaboros within 5ft of the Nagaztaboros or the attacking creature can make a DC 12 Dexterity Saving Throw using the Nagaztaboros' Dexterity Modifier to redirect the attack onto itself. A Nagaztaboros may start a combat encounter with 1d4+2 shadows, or between 3 and 10 shadows.

Actions

Multiattack. The Nagaztaboros can make a slam attack against all creatures within 5ft of the Nagaztaboros, or 1 slam attack and 1 bite attack against a singular target.   Slam. A target hit with this creatures Bite attack must make a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw. On a successful save, the creature suffers no additional effect. On a failed save, the creature takes d10 necrotic damage and is cursed by the "Shadow Sprites Succour".   Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.
