Luring Song. The rock wren sings a magical melody. Every humanoid within 300 ft. of the rock wren that can hear the song must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed to sleep until the song ends. The harpy must take a bonus action on its subsequent turns to continue singing. It can stop singing at any time. The song ends if the rock wren is incapacitated or unfocused. While charmed by the rock wren, a target is incapacitated. If the charmed target is more than 5 ft. away from the rock wren, they must move on its turn toward the rock wren by the most direct route. It doesn't avoid opportunity attacks, but before moving into damaging terrain, such as lava or a pit, and whenever it takes damage from a source other than another rock wren, a target can repeat the saving throw. A creature can also repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If a creature's saving throw is successful, the effect ends on it. A target that successfully saves is immune to this harpy's song for the next 24 hours.

The Rock Wrens tend to nest in the iron caves of the Mineral Mountains but can be found along the peaks of the mountains lurking for prey at night.

The vision of emaciated, humanoid, birds. They’re skin clings and hangs to the bone, with long, extended necks, large taloned feet, leathered wings with dark feathers covering the exterior and tufts of black fur, streaming up their backs to the mix of bat and human faces. Their red eyes fixated on your sleeping companions, mouthing things you cannot hear.
