High Magic Adept
Spellcasting or Pact Magic feature, the ability to cast 3rd-level spells
You master the art of manipulating raw magic in a few ways. You gain the following benefits:
- If you have the high magic induction spell prepared, you can cast it as a 3rd-level spell with a casting time of 1 action.
- You add your Arcana proficiency bonus to your High Magic Failure rolls.
- While participating in a high magic induction, any participant in the same high magic induction can add your spellcasting ability modifier to their High Magic Failure rolls. If more than one participant in a high magic induction has this feat, only the highest spellcasting ability modifier applies.
- You gain 3 high magic points, which can be spent on intonations and incantations during a high magic induction. You can spend 1 high magic point per round on either an intonation or an incantation, as if it were a 1st-level spell slot. Alternatively, you can combine that point with a spell slot you expend that round, using it to increase the spell slot’s level by 1. You regain all spent high magic points when you finish a long rest.
