Level 9 Assassin Rogue

This feat replaces your Infiltration Expertise class feature.   Starting at 9th level, you have mastered techniques that allow you to become a master of disguise.   You gain expertise with the disguise kit, and can assume a prepared disguise with the bonus action granted by Cunning Action. If you already have expertise with disguise kits, you can select another skill or tool to gain proficiency in.
