Spellcasting. Shadow Razzik is a 5th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Shadow Razzik has the following spells prepared:   Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, mage hand, mind sliver, prestidigitation, shape water   1st level (4 slots): magic missile, shield   2nd level (3 slots): Maximillian's earthen grasp, misty step   3rd level (2 slots): fireball, haste


Shadow Target. The shadow can only target the victim of its illusion. To its victim, it does not appear as a shadow, but a real, physical being; to others, however, the shadow appears only as a shadow; no discernible features can be made out. Additionally, other shadows and their victims are not detectable by the victim of this shadow, the illusion only ending once all shadows targeting the victim have been defeated.   Born Lucky. Shadow Razzik adds his Charisma modifier to damage rolls on evocation spells.   Fluid-Form. When within 10ft of a body of water, including being submerged, Shadow Razzik has advantage on all spell attack rolls.   Quickened Spell (Recharge 5-6). When Shadow Razzik casts a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, he can change the casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.   Twinned Spell (Recharge 5-6). When Shadow Razzik casts a spell that targets only one creature and doesn't have a range of self, he can target a second creature in range with the same spell. To be eligible, a spell must be incapable of targeting more than one creature at the spell's current level. For example, magic missile and scorching ray aren't eligible, but ray of frost and chromatic orb are.   Wild Magic Surge. Once per turn, the DM can have Shadow Razzik roll a d20 immediately after he casts a spell of 1st level or higher. If he rolls a 1, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table to create a magical effect. If that effect is a spell, it is too wild to be affected by your Metamagic, and if it normally requires concentration, it doesn't require concentration in this case; the spell lasts for its full duration.   Tides of Chaos. Shadow Razzik can manipulate the forces of chance and chaos to gain advantage on one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. Once he does so, a day must pass before he can use this feature again. Any time before he regains the use of this feature, the DM can have him roll on the Wild Magic Surge table immediately after he casts a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher. He then regains the use of this feature.
