Keen Senses. You have proficiency in the Perception skill.   Child of the Sea. You have a swimming speed of 30 feet, and you can breathe air and water.   Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on Saving Throws against being Charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.   Speech of Beast and Leaf. You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with beasts and plants. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return.
You have advantage on all Charisma checks made to influence them.   Limited Polymorph. When you reach level 5 you will be able to transform into a tiny amphibic creature, such as a frog or a salamander, once per long rest. You can maintain the form for up to five minutes.
While transformed you have the stats of the creature you turn into, except for Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma which remain the same (as well as which languages you can understand). Your equipment remains unaffected by your transformation and falls to the ground as you shrink, and you cannot cast spells while transformed.
If you go down to 0 hit points while in this form you immediately turn back into your original form, but you are still unconcious and at 0 hit points and will have to start rolling death saves.
The sjörå are a race of fey creatures who dwell in lakes, rivers and swamps. They have a very strong bond with nature.
They slightly resemble elves, but theyhave a distinctive amphibian look to them and they all have at least one of these distinctive features: a scale covered back, a hole in their back, webbed hands and feet or other amphibian-like features.
Other races have discriminated against and hunted down sjörå for hundreds of years, and because of that they tend to avoid public places.
