Skogsrå reach adulthood in their late teens and can live about 300-400 years.

Keen Senses. You have proficiency in the Perception skill. Speech of Beast and Leaf. You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with beasts and plants. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return.
You have advantage on all Charisma checks made to influence them. Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on Saving Throws against being Charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep. Limited Polymorph. When you reach level 5 you will be able to transform into a tiny land living creature, such as a mouse or a robin, once per long rest. You can maintain the form for up to ten minutes, but only for up to five minutes if it has a flying speed.
While transformed you have the stats of the creature you turn into, except for Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma which remain the same (as well as which languages you can understand).
Your equipment remains unaffected by your transformation and falls to the ground as you shrink, and you cannot cast spells while transformed.
If you go down to 0 hit points while in this form you immediately turn back into your original form, but you are still unconcious and at 0 hit points and will have to start rolling death saves.

They resemble elves a lot, but they all have at least one of these distinctive features: a tail (usually like a fox or a cow), a hole in their back, tree bark covering their back, cloven hoofs (rare) or furry animal-like ears (also rare).
Other races have discriminated against and hunted down skogsrå for hundreds of years, and because of that they often try to hide their skogsrå features when they are in public places.
