Libra, The Knowing Tower.

The Knowning Tower is another of the Starlined Cities that stand still and firm. Even though by all laws of gravity it looks like it should collapse to the ground. This impossible structure was once a tower build as a library to host all the languages and knowledge of the world. But something let to its obliteration, and now only the fragile stairs remain to hold the undamaged top floors of the tower, where the Zodias of Libra later moved in and now spend their days reading and writing stories.
