If consumed during a short or long rest, you recover one additional HD, may maximize the use of one HD used to recover health, and reduce stress by 1d4 points.
If consumed outside of a rest, it grants advantage on saves to resist fear, stress, and intimidation checks performed against you as well as advantage on persuasion checks used on other targets that have used this product.
This product takes at least 1 minute to consume, and several more to feel the effects, making it unusable in combat. The duration of this product lasts for 1 hour. During that time, you have a -2 penalty on all checks and saves except Constitution.
