The Layarin

The Layarin are a race of humanoids who look like human children, often mistaken for halflings or human children they are infact decended from fey they hit pubery and full maturity with 3-5 years of birth and then never grow any older, or least they never look any older, they are infact one of the elder races of the world and they due to their genetic memories that they gain acces to within one or two years of there birth they are highly intelligent. Whilst friendly enough to meet on the road, they have a highly secretive culture and not likely to invite your over for tea, what is known is that they hold very libertarian values and skilled merchants and traders, while not unheard of they are not often seen in adventuring parties, they do happen to be very adaptable and rugged.
