-As an action, you can exhale a 15 foot cone of magical fire. Any creature within the range must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. A creature takes 2d6 fire damage on a failed save, and half as much on a successful save. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. You can use your breath weapon a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all expended uses upon finishing a short or long rest.   -As an action, you can attempt to project powerful emotions onto a creature you can see within 15 feet. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw, or it will succumb to the emotion for 1 minute. At the end of each of its turns, and if it is attacked by another creature, the target may roll the saving throw again, and upon a success, the effect will end. When you use this ability, roll a d4 to determine the emotion randomly. Once you reach level 6, you can roll twice and pick which emotion you want. Once you reach level 11, you can forgo the roll entirely and simply choose which emotion you want. You can only use this ability once per short or long rest. 1- Weaken: The defenses of the target's mind are weakened, and they are temporarily compelled to obey your words. The target will not attack you, and will follow simple commands you give it, as long as the command does not bring direct harm to the target. 2- Fear: The target is overcome with anxiety and terror. The target must use its turns to attempt to flee and hide, if possible. 3- Anger: The target flies into a frenzy, unable to tell friend from foe. When attacking, the target must attack a random creature within its range. 4- Cloud: The target's mind and body become foggy and sluggish. The target is limited to only 1 action on their turns. They are also prevented from taking bonus actions or reactions if they have used their action already.
NoWerians are a race of half-draconic people with an unknown origin. They have human-like skin in a wide variety of shades, with scattered patches of dragon scales across their bodies, as well as a large tail, a set of draconic wings, and horns. Some NoWerians can even have entire limbs covered in scales, with clawed, dragon-like hands or feet. They also have slitted dragon-like eyes that faintly glow with the color of the NoWerian's essence. There are a variety of different essence colors for NoWerians, such as shades of blue, purple, green, pink, or red. Their essence color determines the color of their eyes, their blood, and the color of their magic, as well as the accent color of their scales. The main scale color can be any shade of grayscale, from black to gray to white.
