Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common, Cynnidh Language, and one extra language of your choice. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.

Protected by Fate. Many claim that the Cynnidh are guarded by Fate to act as oracles. Others claim that their ability to read others let them excel even in combat. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 13 + your Wisdom modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield's benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.
Innate Portents. You know the guidance cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the bless spell with this trait. Starting at 5th level, you can cast the augury spell with this trait. Once you cast bless or augury with this trait, you can't cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Natural Empath. You gain proficiency in the Insight skill.
