On casting, You throw a Javelin made of psionic energies at a target of choice within 120 ft. on hit, of either the target or the ground, the Javelin explodes in a 15ft cone of psionic light. on hit it deals 1d6 psionic and 1d4 piercing dmg. then it cast a cone that deals 1d4 psionic and 2 piercing dmg. all enemies in the 15ft cone must make a DEX save against your spell save ( INT mod + proficiency + 10) on fail they suffer the damage, on success they get dealt half dmg

At higher levels: when the character gets to 5th level, the spell is upgraded to 1d8 and 1d6 respectively for the spear and 1d6 and 1d4 respectively for the cone when the character gets 11th level, the dice upgrade again when the character gets 17th level, the dice are doubled.
