Size. Phytamorphi can vary greatly in size, with the smallest and fastest being as small as 4 feet and weighing around 50 pounds, and the tallest and bulkiest being up to 8 feet tall and weighing as much as 350 pounds.   Hybrid Nature. You have two creature types: humanoid, and plant. You can be affected by any game effect if it works on either of your creature types.    Photosynthesis. If you spend at least one hour in direct sunlight in a day and drink at least one gallon of water, you can make your own food. You do not need to eat any other food that day.   Forest's Guidance. You have proficiency in the Nature and Survival skills, in addition, you are also proficient with Herbalism Kits.    Plant Connection. You know the Druidcraft cantrip, Wisdom is your spellcasting modifier for it. In addition, you also have a limited method of communicating with plants. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return. You have advantage on all Charisma checks you make to influence them.    Toxin Filtration. You have advantage on saving throws against poison, and you have resistance against poison damage.

Subraces.

Three main forms of phytamorphi exist, represented by their subraces. You can choose between Coirt, Péac, and Brúid.

Coirt

The court form of the phytamorphi are the largest of them all, with bark-like skin and other tree-like aspects. Their tough skin and heavy weight make them potentially immovable defenders. They are the most likely of all forms to stay within the forest they protect, and they commonly take the path of the group elder, as they make a solid backbone of the groups.    Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.   Natural Armor. Your bark-like skin increases your natural defenses. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 12 + your Constitution modifier. A shield's benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.    Rooted. You stand strong on the ground as if your roots run deep. You have advantage on any Stregnth saving throws made against effects that would push you, pull you, or knock you prone.

Péac

The péac form of the phytamorphi are mostly the smallest and fastest of the race. They are sometimes called sprouts because some races mistake them for the youth of phytamorphi, but they should not be underestimated since their speed combined with the thorns that cover their bodies can make them very dangerous.    Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.   Sprouting Speed. Your base walking speed increases to 35 feet.    Thorns. The thorns that grow on your body are a natural finesse melee weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with an unarmed attack, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength of Dexterity modifier, instead of bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

Brúid

The brúid of the phytamorhi make up a majority of the fighting force of the race. They can vary in size, but what doesn't change is the strength they all possess. While they may be the main warriors, their knowledge of the forest and its gifts is no worse than other members of the group, when the forest is not at risk they act no different from the others.    Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increase by 1.   Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.   Brutal Strikes. When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you deal additional damage equal to your Strength modifier.
