The Ability to Cast Any Healing Spell

Your healing magic and natural ability seems almost perfectly in tune with the weave. In it being so, you find that your healing spells are more potent, and sometimes, are even overcharged with magic that would normally be lost. You gain a bonus to your healing spells equal to your Constitution modifier (this bonus affects all targets of a heal rather than just the first). Additionally, any time you cast a healing spell roll a d20. On any roll of 1, the target(s) of your healing spell gains temporary hit points equal to 1+ your Constitution modifier. On any roll of 20, your healing spell is granted an extra die.
