convince a creature that can see you that you are friendly, or

you reach 3rd level, you can cast the charm person spell once

ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your
spellcasting ability for these spells.
Subraces.
Three major subraces of blossen exist: the
Liladir, Rosa, and Solan.
Liladir
The liladir are a hearty lot, using their passion for colour and
beauty to create stunning works of art. Their natural
protections from more volatile chemicals make them highly
prized in blossen society, producing a large number of the
paints, pigments, and other toxic substances that the creative
drive of the blossen relies upon.

Liladir Resilience. You have advantage on saving throws
against poison, and you have resistance to poison damage.
Purveyors of Pigments. You gain proficiency with painter's
supplies.
Rosa
When blossen fashion is spoken of, it's almost always in
reference to the rosa. Their skills at creating clothing are
legendary, and their taste and style are held in the highest of
regard. For most rosa however, clothing must be practical as
well as stylish. The greatest example of this creed is their
adoration for armor, both its creation and use. A rosa who
can't look good and be protected at the same time is barely a
rosa at all.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by

Finders of Fabrics. You gain proficiency with weaver's
tools.
Rosa Armor Training. You have proficiency with light and
medium armor.
Solan
Whether within the darkest heart of a forest, or sequestered a
mile below ground in a dimly lit cave, the Solan can be found
keeping meticulous records of Blossen history and culture.
With their beautiful penmanship and eye for detail, they are
naturally adept at scholarly work, even sometimes trying their
luck at wizardry.
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases
by 1.
Darkvision. Used to life within the darkest places, you have
superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim
light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in
darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in
darkness, only shades of blue.
Bioluminescence. As a bonus action, you can begin to glow
with pale light. You shed bright light in a 15-foot radius and
dim light for an additional 15 feet. The light fades when you
choose to end it (no action required), or if you are
unconscious. While this light persists, the radius of your
darkvision increases by 30 feet.
Warriors of Words. You gain proficiency with calligrapher's
supplies.
