Size. Gobbocs are a diminutive race and stand on average 2 to 3 feet tall. Your size is Small.   Commune with Fowl Folk. You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with feathered beasts and monstrosities. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return. You have advantage on all checks you make to influence them.   Coward’s Creed. After successfully hitting with a melee attack, you can take the Disengage action as a bonus action.   Feathered. Your light bones and feathered form reduce the impact of gravity; you take only half damage from falling.   Gallus Domesticus. You can cast the polymorph spell on yourself with this trait, using Charisma as your spellcasting ability. When you use this version of polymorph, you always assume the form of a Tiny chicken (see statblock below). Once you cast the spell, you can’t cast it again with this trait until you finish a long rest.   Headless Chicken. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, but not killed outright, you don’t immediately fall unconscious. Instead, you can immediately move up to your speed without provoking opportunity attacks. You then fall unconscious as if you had been reduced to 0 hit points in the space where you finish this movement.
