Fell Stinger: You have a stinger, which is a natural weapon with the finesse property. On a hit, it deals 1d4 points of piercing damage and poison damage equal to 1d6 times half your level (rounded up, minimum of 1d6). When you deal poison damage with this attack, you take the amount of damage rolled (even if the target resisted or was immune to it), which cannot be reduced in any way. You can't deal poison damage with your stinger again until you complete a long rest.
