Immortality: Due to the Curse of Din Ikanans are simply immortal they cannot die, instead when they "die" their skeleton falls apart and must be reassembled later or collected by a bone collector of Ikana. If a bone is destroyed it will regenerate passively over the next couple of years, you can also find a bone artisan in Ikana who can regenerate it for you in a matter of days. If the skull is destroyed you are not able to wake up and most be returned to a bone artisan or given to a bone collector (alternatively you may be buried and the bone collector can come and find you at a later date). You can also not be healed by normal means and must use the cantrip mending which will restore 1d4 HP.
Curse of Din: When the Ikanans were cursed by Din they were to have no more offspring alongside being immortal but still feeling everything but not being able to satiate those feelings so they suffer endless hunger and endless thirst their flesh has completely weathered away giving them a skeletal appearance. Majora became their patron deity after he took pity on them and allowed them to construct a temple so they could travel to the underworld.
Ancients: Every Ikanan has had thousands of lifetimes to perfect their craft be they a poet, warrior or craftsman this gives them the following bonuses
Poet: you have completely perfected the craft of music and poetry you gain a +2 on all musical and poetic actions.
Craftsman: You have mastered the tool of your craft you gain expertise in one artisan tool of your choice.
Warrior: You have mastered a exotic Ikanan weapon of your choice alongside that lifetimes on the frontline in different roles have made you appreciate all types of armor.
