Magic Resistance. The monstrous crow has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.   Mimicry. The monstrous crow can mimic simple sounds it has heard, such as a person whispering, a baby crying, or an animal chittering. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 13 Wisdom (Insight) check.   Pounce. If the monstrous crow moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a talon attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the monstrous crow can make one beak attack against it as a bonus action.   Running Leap. With a 10-foot running start, the monstrous crow can long jump up to 30 feet.   Squawk. In combat, the monstrous crow will squawk and chirp in a loud, disconcerting voice. All enemies that can hear this must make an DC 13 Intelligence saving thorw or fight with a -2 penalty on all attack rolls.

Actions

Multiattack. The monstrous crow makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its talons.   Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit 1d20+10 , reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) 4d12+7 piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the monstrous crow can't bite another target.   Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit 1d20+10 , reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) 4d12+7 bludgeoning damage.

Reactions

Feint. When hit by a creature the crow may feign a stagger, complete with exaggerated movements. Ask the next player in initiative order the crow looks stunned temporarily, do you want tot take advantage? If the attacker rolls advantage to hit, the crow begins wobbling around on one foot to bait an approach, before performing a beak attack. This attack automatically hits if the attacker was fooled.

The monstrous crow is a Hostile Wildlife Enemy in Elden Ring. A big bird that stands as a guardian of certain ruins, longing to hunt their preys. These hungry bird uses its large beak to attack its prey and can, somehow, only fly in the air for a short period of time.
