A suffocating creature can reattempt the saving throw at the end of its turn or take 3d6 poison damage. Upon the end of initiative, a choking creature may attempt one final save or gain a point of exhaustion. A creature who does not breath or has immunity to poison damage is immune to this effect. The range of your cone increases by 5 feet at 5th level (20 ft.), 11th level (25 ft.), and 17th level (30 ft.).
