Natural Weapons: You have fangs and sharp claws, which are natural weapons. You can use them to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.   Shapechanger: You can use your action to polymorph into a jackal, mastiff, or wolf as per the polymorph spell, but you use your own hit point pool for the transformation and do not gain any extra hit points or temporary hit points. You can revert to your original form as a bonus action. If you are reduced to 0 hit points in this form you revert back into your true form. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all use when you finish a short or long rest.
