Watcher in the Dark

On the remains of the planet of Caliban, the loyalist Space Marine chapter of the Dark Angels make their home there. Deep within the caverns, the Watchers in the Dark emerged, providing aid to the Dark Angels through menial labor, such as carrying tomes, organizing scrolls, and maintaining armor and arms. Little is known about the Watchers in the Dark besides their inherent aversion to the forces of chaos, and their strange connection to the Dark Angels. Watchers tend to dress in ceremonial robes, and are spotted close by wherever a Dark Angel might be.   The Watchers in the Dark are short, shadowy figures that typically dwell in the shadows of the caverns within Caliban. They can be spotted carrying equipment and armaments to the space marines of the Dark Angels on the battlefield, but little interaction is made with them.
