The leader of the Heavenly Council of Ki-rins, Moon Breeze leads them in their efforts to protect the children of the Kirinal Concordance Zone. She and the rest of the Council are responsible for assigning Baku to the Zone's babies.
She recently became the warlock patron of Niamhi Silversång, replacing her pact with the Hidden Fiend, Malfador.
